The standard requirement for
a successful application is:
- Candidate must be a minimum of 30 years of age
- Tertiary education.
- Sufficient experience in arbitration.
The Committee will consider every 3 months (January, April, July, October) for Thailand Arbitration Center arbitrations. The term of being an arbitrator of the THAC is 3 years. THAC will conduct due diligence and issue a new certificate to you in due course. Please proceed to update your CV.
