In addition, dispute settlement experiences, reputation and recognition by the society are also deciding factors. Local and international experts are invited to select the mediators. Nurturing mediators The THAC regularly organizes training workshops to enhance mediation skills where it has collaborated with an internationally recognized organization to ensure that mediators are capable to effectively resolve the dispute. While this specialized training is intended to be a means to continue enhancing the mediation know-how, the THAC also organizes general workshops for mediators and the public to learn more about current and future mediation trends.
