128th Anniversary of the foundation of the Ministry of Justice, “128 years of progress for equal Thai society”
On 25th March 2019, Monday, at Direk Rit Building Chalermprakiet Government Center, Air Chief Marshal Prajin Jantong, Deputy Prime Minister and the Minister of Justice, officiated the opening ceremony for the 128th Anniversary of the foundation of the Ministry of Justice.
Adjunct Professor Wisit Wisitsoratha, The Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Justice, representatives from various agencies, civil servants and officials from the Ministry of Justice attended the event titled “128 years of progress for an equal Thai society”.
During the event, the Deputy Prime Minister and the Minister of Justice said that the Ministry of Justice is the main organization for the administration of justice, protection of rights and freedoms, prevention and control of organized crime, drug abuse, rehabilitation, rehabilitation and relief.
The Ministry of Justice offers support for resolution of economic and social problems, and works accordingly with the government’s policies in different fields, especially in creating an equal society that allows everyone to access to justice. This goal includes the use of technology and the development of a fast and efficient process.
