A study trip for a training course “Private Investments in State Undertakings, 10th Generation”
Dr. Seri Nonthasoot, Deputy Managing Director of the Institute of Research and Development for Public Enterprises (IRPD) with the faculty joined the training program “Private Investments in State Undertakings, 10th Generation” at Thailand Arbitration Center (THAC), 26th floor, Bhiraj Tower, EmQuartier Department Store, on 8 July 2020, with a warm welcome from Dr. Pasit Asawawattanaporn, Director of Thailand Arbitration Center and THAC’s staff.
In this study visit, the Institute of Research and Development for Public Enterprises (IRPD) joined in a seminar to exchange opinions on the management of contractual disputes between the public and private sectors which was led by Prof. Dr. Sahathon Rattanaphitjit. There was also a question and answer session for enhancing knowledge and experience in alternative dispute resolution and management of contractual disputes between the public and private sectors.
In this regard, Thailand Arbitration Center (THAC) provides the dispute resolution convenient, standardized and fair services through arbitration and civil and commercial conciliation and dispute resolution. In addition, THAC also has a list of the arbitrators and conciliators who have expertise and experience in order to reach reasonable resolution.
