ALSA is COMING!! REQUESTING THAC TO GIVE INSPIRING LECTURE TO EDUCATE STUDENT FROM CHULALONGKORN UNIVERSITY, FACULTY OF LAW.
On 28th October 2020, the Asian Law Students’ Association (ALSA), Faculty of Law, Chulalongkorn University has contacted Thailand Arbitration Center (THAC) to give a lecture on “Alternative Dispute Resolution and work guideline” at Thailand Arbitration Center, BHIRAJ TOWER 26th floor (EMQUARTIER). This lecture aims to give the correct information with respect to Alternative Dispute Resolution and for inspiration in law studying.

THAC was honored by the legal expert, Ms.Leela Katekhuntod (Legal Consultant), to give a lecture and advice in relation to Alternative Dispute Resolution Process, mediation, and arbitration from her experience so that the member student of the Asian Law Students’ Association (ALSA) could apply the knowledge and be inspired to continue studying and explore their choices of career path.
Ms. Nuntachaporn Chinnavorn, a second-year student from the Faculty of Law, Chulalongkorn University, said that she “impressed with this lecture, at first when ALSA Chula ask to participate with THAC via telephone and email, I feel that THAC is welcoming. Moreover, on the lecture day, we received a warm welcome and lots of knowledge and information about mediation, the differences between arbitration and the court procedure, the enforcement of the decisions, as well as the funniest games provided by THAC, since ice-breaking session to brainstorm before entering the main content session. That was a great sequence of activities. Every attendee, including me, are not bored at all and overall are impressed and wish to attend again.”
THAC is very pleasant that the students from the Faculty of Law, Chulalongkorn University, are interested in arbitration and mediation, and THAC is ready to educate and inspire the new generation to have options for studying and working in the future. The event is full of fun from Q&A and the activities organized by MC, which brings smiles and laughter from the students.
