On Thursday 11th July 2019, the Thai Arbitration Institute (THAC) held a workshop titled “Alternative Dispute Resolution in the Construction Business” at s31 Hotel. The workshop was presented by Dr Natthawut Uthaisen, Consultant at Italian-Thai Development PLC, Miss Wannina Sucharitkul, Professor at the University of Paris, Mr Rattakarn Bunnua, Partner at Watson, Farley & Williams and Mr Kampon Kittiphongpattana, lawyer and engineer.
