Announcement of Thailand Arbitration Center regarding the shortlisted candidates in the Alternative Dispute Resolution Academic Article Preparation Program

THAC (Thailand Arbitration Center) has the project to invite for submission of academic article related to the Alternative Dispute Resolution to publish in the situation report of arbitration and mediation, to publish in a collection of academic papers, and to publicize in other media of THAC. This project will support and encourage those who are interested in Alternative Dispute Resolution to publish their academic article. Meanwhile, this project also helps promote knowledge of Alternative Dispute Resolution, which is one of the main objectives of THAC.

This project allowed those interested in joining the contest by sending the academic article during 1^st January 2020 – 30^th September 2020. Thailand Arbitration Center (THAC) has completed a selection of articles and now would like to announce the list of the selected articles and its author as follows.

Article on “Dispute Board :  New Alternative For Thailand Conflict Management? ” by  Mr.Chokchai Natengamsawang and Mr. Ukrit Sornphrom, with a reward of 5,000 Baht.

Article on “Temporary Injunction Measure Prior to An Award Rendering In Arbitration Proceeding” by Ms.Kanokpan Chonchawalit, with a reward of 5,000 baht.

Article on “Arbitration Proceeding under THAC’s Arbitration Rule” by Mr.Chakardnit Junnapart with a reward of 2,500 baht
