Announcement of the Thailand Arbitration Center No. 9/2564 regarding the List of Thailand Arbitration Center Mediators

By virtue of Article 25 (1) of the Arbitration Center Act B.E. 2550, and Article 3 of the Thailand Arbitration Center’s Rules on Mediation B.E. 2557 (2014), which stipulates that the Thailand Arbitration Center is responsible for the promotion and development of the Mediation process including engaging in business relating to Mediation. Therefore, in order to provide an effective mediation process, the Thailand Arbitration Center deems it appropriate to announce the name of the renewed

Mediators of the Thailand Arbitration Center, which totals 13 persons, according to the following list;

2. Ms. Peachya Thammapitagkul
3. Mr. Arthit Pinpak
4. Mr. Kasin Chamnanchanan
5. Ms. Parinda Viranuvat
6. Mr. Eksarit Laksitanon
7. Mr. Taewan Uthaiwat
8. Ms. Kumi Matsumoto
9. Ms. Susan Tay Ting Lan
10. Mr. Apolinario Caymo
11. Mr. David Cheah
12. Mr. Keith Mueller
13. Ms. Chua Mylene Glenys

In this regard, the listing of the Mediators of the Thailand Arbitration Center will be effective for a period of three years counting from the day of the announcement until 30 June, 2024. Upon expiration of the mentioned period, the Thailand Arbitration Center will review the listing of names of this Announcement once again.
