Arbitration Skill Course for the Young Lawyers
On 21st March 2019, the Thailand Arbitration Center (THAC) organized the first arbitration skill course for the young lawyers. The event was presented by Dr Pasit Asawawattanaporn, THAC Managing Director.
During the course, young lawyers had the opportunity to listen to a speaker panel composed of national and international arbitration experienced practitioners, namely:
1. Adjunct Professor Suchart Thammapitakkun, Head Office of Somnuk & Sutee Advocates & Solicitors
2. Mr Surasak Vajasitti, Executive of R&T Asia (Thailand) Limited
3. Mr Krisda Ditbanjong, Attorney from the Office of the Attorney General
4. Assistant Professor Dr Sirichai Mongkolkiatsri, Dean of Faculty of Law/Director of Master of Law Program
