The Announcement of Thailand Arbitration Center (“THAC”)
By virtue of The Act of Arbitration Center, B.E. 2550 (2007) requires the Thailand Arbitration Center to promote and develop procedure on arbitration, to deal with affairs relating to dispute through arbitration, therefore, to ensure effective arbitration the Thailand Arbitration Center hereby issues the THAC Panel comprising of persons, as follows:

The THAC Arbitrator empanelment is valid until 30 December 2027. Upon expiry, the arbitrator will be required to request for a renewal of the empanelment with THAC.
