Data Protection Compliance as Competitive Advantage in a Global Digital Economy

On June 16th, 2023, at the Radisson Blu Plaza Bangkok, the Thailand Arbitration Center (THAC) hosted a seminar titled “Data Protection Compliance as Competitive Advantage in a Global Digital Economy” which aimed enhance knowledge and understanding of personal data protection laws in the process. This is in line with the Personal Data Protection Act or PDPA that Thailand has begun to at present, the Personal Data Protection Act has played an important role in Prosecution and it’s something that people have given more importance to.
