The Director General visited THAC to support Alternative Dispute Resolution.

On 15^th September 2020, Mr. Pasit Asawawattanaporn, Managing Director of THAC, welcomed a visitation from Mr.Pairat Pornsomboonsiri, the Director General of the Department of Civil Dispute Settlement and Arbitration and his team, to the Thailand Arbitration Center (THAC) at BHIRAJ TOWER 26^th floor.

Mr.Pairat Pornsomboonsiri, Director General of the Department of Civil Dispute Settlement and Arbitration, and his team visited the institution facilities, such as meeting rooms, training and seminar rooms, and also tried out tools and facilities for their readiness in resolution services for when provided to users of Thailand Arbitration Center (THAC). Moreover, THAC has also introduced various systems for dispute assistance such as Online Dispute Resolution services, online booking for meeting rooms and online seminars, and an automatic chat response system via the website.

Mr. Pasit Asawawattanaporn is pleased and honored that the Director General come to visit THAC. THAC will continue to improve the quality of service for dispute resolution in order to ensure users that Alternative Dispute Resolution services by THAC are ready and reliable.
