Enhance knowledge about Alternative Dispute Resolution in Udon Thani
On 29th January 2020, at the Pannarai Hotel in Udon Thani province, the Thailand Arbitration Center (THAC) organized a seminar on Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR). The seminar was divided into two sessions; in the morning Ms Supachee Rungrote, Vice Presiding Judge of the Udon Thani Provincial Court, explained the essential elements of arbitration. The second session, taught by Mr Kasin Chamnanchanan, was focused on dispute resolution and in particular on mediation.
