The Thailand Arbitration Center (THAC) organized a free seminar to enhance the potential of Nakhon Si Thammarat people through the “Conflict Management Program” at the Twin Lotus Hotel, Nakhon Si Thammarat on 30 – 31 July 2020 from 09.00 – 17.00

The background of the Conflict Management Program aimed to provide participants with the knowledge and an understanding of basic conflict management and the dynamics of conflict, including communication tools and techniques to lead to the reduction of conflicts that arise and be able to make the conflicts of both parties have a win-win solution for mutual benefit.
In addition, the “Conflict Management Program” organized a workshop to enable participants to learn characteristics of conflict management behaviors, understand their advantages and limitations, as well as learn how to manage conflicts effectively.
