Great!!! THAC Collaborated with ICC to Organize Dispute Resolution Program and Got Excellent Feedback
On August 6, 2020, the Thailand Arbitration Center (THAC), in collaboration with the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), organized a “1st Arbitration Operational Training Course”, which is a program that promotes knowledge and techniques in the resolution of alternative arbitration disputes, as well as learns and understands the procedures for conducting arbitration proceedings and the participation in various petitions, including the enforcement of the award both in Thailand and abroad by opening a training course on the dispute resolution process through arbitration.
This course includes eight training sessions, and 80% of the participants (6 times) will receive a certificate certifying their course attendance.
The 1st Arbitration Procedure Workshop of THAC was honored by Nopporn Bhoirung-siyakorn, the Vice President of the Supreme Court, to be a keynote speaker under the theme of “Overall Strategy for Resolution of Disputes,” which provided knowledge and understanding to answer questions about why arbitration or alternative dispute resolution procedures must be carried out, what should be gained from consideration, how to take actions, costs, and time and place of enforcement.
