Mediators Assemble! Thai Mediation Training Course (Class 3)
From February 13th-17th, 2023, the Thai Arbitration Center (THAC) hosted the esteemed Thai Mediation Training Course (Class 3) at the BHIRAJ TOWER. The course was designed to cultivate and enhance the abilities, skills, and knowledge of individuals interested in the field of mediation and conciliation, regardless of their age or profession. Additionally, it offered a remarkable opportunity for participants to explore new career paths as mediators. Leading the training course was Mr. Chakartnit Chunnabhata, a professional mediator, arbitrator, and committee member of YTHAC, as well as a Notarial Service Attorney and Attorney to Law for the Lawyer Council of Thailand. He was joined by Mr. Artit Pinpak, Head of International Affairs and Academic Networks at Thomas Aquinas School of Law, Assumption University, and a team of expert coaches, including Mr. Parint Kharunyathorn, Mr. Sorravee Ratchapitaktirada, Dr. Niti Nerngchamnong, and Ms. Pichaya Patamatamkul, who were present to assist participants throughout the course.
The training course was filled with meditation and conciliation techniques provided by experienced experts, to augment the ability, skills, and knowledge of individuals interested in the field of mediation and conciliation, irrespective of their age or profession. As a result, all participants have acquired skills and knowledge in the role of mediators and received a certificate of completion for the THAC Mediation Training Course. Furthermore, they are eligible to register as mediators with the THAC institute.
