The recording of the MOU between the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade, Jiangsu Sub-Council, and the Thailand Arbitration Center (THAC) represents a cooperative effort that aims to promote and support academic cooperation and alternative dispute resolution operations including seminars, academic conferences personnel development, and various academic activities related to alternative dispute resolution.
