MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING (MOU) SIGNING CEREMONY BETWEEN THE Indonesia Dispute Board (IDB) AND THE THAILAND ARBITRATION CENTER (THAC)
21 May 2024, Thailand Arbitration Center (THAC) welcomes the guest of honor from the INDONESIA DISPUTE BOARD (IDB) Mr. SABELA GAYO PRESIDENT of Indonesian Dispute Board are interested in promoting and developing international arbitration and other forms of dispute resolution methods and cooperating in furtherance of these objectives based on mutual interest and understanding.
The recording of the MOU between the INDONESIA DISPUTE BOARD (IDB) and the Thailand Arbitration Center (THAC) represents a cooperative effort that aims to promote and support academic cooperation and alternative dispute resolution operations including seminars, academic conferences personnel development, and various academic activities related to alternative dispute resolution.
