Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) Signing Ceremony Between the Mongolian International Arbitration Center (MIAC) and the Thailand Arbitration Center (THAC)

22 May 2023,Thailand Arbitration Center (THAC) welcoming guest of honor from the Mongolian International Arbitration Center Mrs. Enkhtsetseg Sukhbaatar, the chairwoman of MIAC and Mr. Shinebayar Munkhtsetseg, Secretary General at MIAC, Mongolian International Arbitration Center is one of the significant centers driving the ADR use from providing service for settlement to disputes arising from contracts and business transactions, promoting and developing the use of arbitration in Mongolian and also publish written materials relating to arbitration matter.  

The recording of the MOU between the Mongolian International Arbitration Center (MIAC) and the Thailand Arbitration Center (THAC) represents a cooperative effort that aims to promote and support academic cooperation and alternative dispute resolution operations including seminars, academic conferences personnel development and various academic activities related to alternative dispute resolution.
