Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) Signing Ceremony Between the Thailand Arbitration Center (THAC) and the Royal Automobile Association of Thailand (RAAT)
Motorsport is widely regarded as a significant sport and is highly valued by various countries, including Thailand. It serves as an economic driving force, providing revenue for communities and the nation while also encouraging good sportsmanship growth. In addition, motorsport provides a hub for collaboration among organizations to demonstrate social power, foster public consciousness, and instill a sense of responsibility towards the common good over business benefits.
According to the vision of the Royal Automobile Association of Thailand (RAAT), alternative dispute resolution through the Thailand Arbitration Center (THAC) offers a moral and ethical approach to resolving disputes. In line with this vision, a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) was signed between the two parties to enhance alternative dispute resolution and improve collaboration. The purpose of this MOU is to coordinate efforts in promoting and supporting academic activities related to dispute resolution, such as alternative dispute resolutions (ADR), training, seminars, academic meetings, personnel development, and information exchange related to dispute resolution, as well as advocating them through various channels of RAAT.
The recording of the MOU between the Thailand Arbitration Center (THAC) and the Royal Automobile Association of Thailand (RAAT) represents a cooperative effort that aims to resolve conflicts and disputes outside of court in a convenient, efficient, and cost-effective manner while maintaining the relationship and reputation of both parties.
