Resolving Disputes: State Enterprise Share Experience in Resolving Disputes Between Government and Private Sector

On February 7^th, 2023, at the BHIRAJ BURI Tower, the Thailand Arbitration Center (THAC) hosted a seminar titled “Resolving Disputes: State Enterprise Share Experience in Resolving Disputes Between Government and Private Sector,” which aimed to share different perspectives on resolving disputes. The event was honored by the presence of Mr. Patcharin Konjanatsanyakorn, Personnel of 8 Department of Public Relations and Welfare Divisions, Human Resource Management Division; Mr. Chakajit Junnapanpat, Senior Legal Counsel of PTT Public Company Limited; Mr. Chaiwat Muangkeaw, Prosecutor at the Office of the Attorney General; and the seminar was hosted by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Sirichai Mongkhonkitisiri, Faculty of Law, Chulalongkorn University, a dispute resolution expert.

The participants of this event learned about the experiences of handling disputes between the government and private sector, methods for resolving disputes, as well as effective ways to prevent future disputes.
