Thailand Arbitration Center (THAC) together with ADR ODR International leading alternative dispute resolution centers organize mediation training courses (MTC) in English. Which is held for the 12th time and aims to create and develop training participants to become intermediaries with international standards and can make a career in all over the world
This course is a training that is held in a regular format (Onsite) at the Thailand Arbitration Center (THAC) at Bhiraj Tower, 26th floor, from May 8th – 13th, 2023 at 9:00 am – 5:00 pm. Rahim Shamji, Founder and Chief Executive from ADR ODR International along with Dr. Khaled H. Chowdhury, Head of Chambers Dr. Khaled H. Chowdhury & Associates (Dispute Management Specialists) was honored to be a speaker at this event. In addition, those who pass this training will be certified as a mediator from the world’s leading dispute resolution centers which are ADR ODR International, Singapore International Mediation Institute, International Mediation Institute (SIMI), Civil Mediation Council (CMC) can also apply to be listed as a mediator of the THAC as well
Over the course of the 6-day training period, Rahim Shamji and the Dr. Khaled H. Chowdhury, Head of Chambers Dr. Khaled H. Chowdhury & Associates (Dispute Management Specialists) shared the knowledge necessary to become a blender according to international standards. Both in theoretical skills such as conflict theory, Mediators Code of Conduct, Introduction to the five stages of mediation negotiation. And practical techniques by assessment role-play (90 minutes each) as well
Lastly, The Mediation Training Course (MTC) aims to provide knowledge and development in the course and the Mediation of Thailand to step into the international level. Those who pass the training will also receive great opportunities from leading alternative dispute resolution institutions as well as networks that support this course from all over the world.
