Students from the Kasetsart University visit THAC
On 11th December 2015, Dr Pasit Asawawattanaporn, THAC Managing Director, and the THAC staff welcomed Professor Sreeya Kalasin, Head of the Department of the faculty of law, and a group of 14 students from the faculty of law of the Kasetsart University. During the visit, students got an overview of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR), in particular:
– settlement of international disputes through ADR
– principles of ADR
– parties involved in the dispute resolution process
– all the stages of the proceedings in ADR methods
