We delight to announce that we’ve signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) Signing Ceremony Between the ASIAN INTERNATIONAL ARBITRATION CENTRE (AIAC) and the Thailand Arbitration Center (THAC) 

20 June 2023, Thailand Arbitration Center (THAC) leading by Ms. Machimdhorn Khampiranont​, Deputy Managing Director [Acting as Managing Director] signing an MoU with Datuk Professor Sundra Rajoo Director of AIAC Asian International Arbitration Centre with a purposely to promote and support academic cooperation and alternative dispute resolution operations including seminars, academic conferences personnel development and various academic activities related to alternative dispute resolution. 

Both parties also agreed to cooperate on content which is sharing information related to ADR forum general and provide a communication channel of relevant business and legal professionals with whom the respective as well as help each other open up ADR market and exploit case sources.
