Swiss Arbitration Association’s ASIA Chapter Launching

ASA is launching the new ASA Asia Chapter on May 8th at a conference in Bangkok, organized with Tilleke & Gibbins. The conference includes a presentation on arbitration in Switzerland and a discussion with representatives from various South-East Asian countries on their experience with  international arbitration. Mr. Pasit Asawawattanaporn as THAC advisor has keynote speech refer to this event will be the symbol of glowing future in Thailand alternative dispute resolution community and yet manifest more rooms for further growth. 

This event is divided into 2 sessions.  

Session 1: Arbitration in Switzerland
