By virtue of Thai – Chinese International Arbitration and Mediation Center (“TCIAC”) has been established to promote and enhance alternative dispute resolution as well as provide the administrative services for the arbitration and mediation proceedings. The Panels of TCIAC is valid for period of three years from the date of this announcement, and upon expiration thereof, Thai – Chinese International Arbitration and Mediation Center shall reconsider the panel as stated in this announcement.
