THAC’S NEWS & ARTICLES
Meanwhile, THAC conducted a seminar on the topic “Project of developing a recognition in Alternative Dispute Resolution”, and was honored by Acting Lt. Dr. Kamol Tanjinwattanakul, an arbitrator of THAC, and Mr.Pricha Wipawasu, a mediator of THAC, to lecture in the fundamental principle of arbitration and mediation.
In this seminar, there was a Q&A session about Alternative Dispute Resolution, which gained attention from many students. There were inquiries about mediation and arbitration information, ranging from general information to details of the relevant laws.
Thailand Arbitration Center (THAC) hopes that this seminar would help to promote recognition and comprehension of the significance and advantages of Alternative Dispute Resolution, whether arbitration or mediation, to university students, as they were inefficient perception and lack of understanding in Alternative Dispute Resolution. These are in line with THAC’s primary mission to promote, develop, and operate activities related to Alternative Dispute Resolution and the relevant laws.
