THAC as a support leading to ALSA in AIMC 2022 competition together develop potential of the new generation on ADR
On May 11, 2022, Thailand Arbitration Center (THAC) leading by Mr. Pasit Asawawattanaporn, Managing Director has signed a MoA with Khaing Nyein Zin Vice president of academic activities of the International Board of ALSA with a purposely to support in ALSA International Mediation Competition 2022 for the competition to be successful as well as to develop the youth to have knowledge and skills in alternative dispute resolution as well as social law circles and further international relations.
Under the agreement signed, THAC has supported by provide the formulation of the Moot Problem and grant the clarifications as requested by the competitors during the clarification request period. Including promote in promotion and publicize the activities of this competition through various social media channels together.
Mr. Pasit Asawawattanaporn reveled that this cooperation and support will be able to development of law student’s skills in and knowledge of court or tribunal proceedings and advocacy is a vital step in cultivating well-rounded Dispute Resolution and litigation lawyers. It has therefore been decided to cooperate with ALSA as the Official Alternative Dispute Resolution Partner for the ALSA International Mediation Competition 2022.
