THAC – BIAC Cooperation
The THAC’s Director of Arbitration and Mediation (International) had the privilege of judging the finals of the BIAC International Inter-University Arbitration Contest 2023 held on 31 March 2024. This arbitration competition involved teams from across South Asia, and the winner for this year’s competition was Dhaka University. This highlights yet another step in the cooperation between the Bangladesh International Arbitration Centre and the THAC.
