This discussion between THAC and the Architect Council of Thailand will help establish a good relationship and potential cooperation in the future. The discussion includes a suggestion of using Alternative Dispute Resolution by mediation and arbitration to help resolve architectural profession disputes. The Architect Council of Thailand agrees to use the Alternative Dispute Resolution to resolve conflict for its members’ business. Since the architectural professions are often found themselves in disputes with organizations, individuals, or even the default for payment, cooperating with THAC should help resolve conflicts and decrease their possibilities to occur.
Nevertheless, personnel and the members of the Architect Council of Thailand are still lacking in the knowledge of Alternative Dispute Resolution by mediation and arbitration. They are in need of proper knowledge and understanding of Alternative Dispute Resolution and request cooperation with THAC. The cooperation would be to hold a seminar to introduce the Center and the procedure and the process of Alternative Dispute Resolution by mediation and arbitration to develop an accurate understanding for the personnel and the members of the Council.
THAC is delighted to discuss with the Architect Council of Thailand and willing to hold a seminar to establish knowledge with an accurate understanding and also to promote the use of Alternative Dispute Resolution in Thailand. It will alleviate chances for professional disputes and resolve the conflict amicably for personnel and the Council members.
