THAC entered a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with RIMA
The Thailand Arbitration Center (THAC) is pleased to announce that from January 2021, we entered a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Russian Institute of Modern Arbitration (RIMA) to promote and develop Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) in Russia and Thailand. The MoU was signed by Ms Yulia Mullina, RIMA General Director and Dr Pasit Asawawattanaporn, THAC Managing Director
The Russian Institute of Modern Arbitration was established in 2016 to promote and popularize arbitration in Russia. RIMA has a goal of increasing attractiveness of Russia as a place for business and dispute resolution. It regularly hosts conferences and workshops devoted to the development of arbitration.
Sharing the same values and principles, both Institutions will cooperate under the MoU to promote and develop arbitration as the preferred method for resolving international disputes. RIMA and THAC will increase ADR awareness by co-organizing conferences, seminars, workshops, training programmes and other events in Russia and Thailand.
