THAC has signed a (MoU) with AIADR for an aim to driving force of both parties and ADR in ASEAN region.

On April 7, 2022, Thailand Arbitration Center (THAC) leading by Mr. Pasit Asawawattanaporn, Managing Director signing an MoU with Datuk Professor Sundra Rajoo President of Asian Institute of Alternative Dispute Resolution (AIADR) with a purposely to driving force of both parties as a leading alternative disputes resolution center in ASEAN region.

This MoU signing ceremony both sides pleased and agreed to cooperation purpose and resource sharing in addition to support each other to grow we also assisting each other to get more involved in ADR activities as well as jointly promote international ADR forum, expand the influence of each other in international ADR forum and further improve the world economic and trade environment.

Furthermore, both parties also agreed to cooperate on content which is sharing information related to ADR forum general and provide a communication channel of relevant business and legal professionals with whom the respective as well as help each other open up ADR market and exploit case sources.

Thus, the cooperation will not only be for goodwill and friendship together but to develop Alternative Disputes Resolution into an international standard and leading in ASEAN region together.
