THAC HAS SIGNED A (MOU) WITH TGJTA FOR COOPERATE AND PROCEED TO RESOLVE DISPUTES ON GEMS AND JEWELRY.
On December 3, 2021, Thailand Arbitration Center (THAC) leading by Mr. Pasit Asawawattanaporn, Managing Director of Thailand Arbitration Center signing an MOU with Ms. Porntiva Niparin president of Thai Gem and Jewelry Traders Association with the aim of promoting and coordinating with both resolve disputes in related to gems and jewelry for entrepreneurs and stakeholder as well as develop business progress for grow fairly and sustainability
The main summary of the memorandum of understanding between THAC and TGJTA in addition to jointly resolving disputes that might arise in the future. It also includes pushing for collaboration in academic fields, for example workshop training on conflict management, seminar in alternative dispute resolution field and exchange of specialized knowledge together. Also including publicizing the mission of the Thailand Arbitration Centre as well as the settlement of selected disputes to be known in the jewelry industry and jewelry including society as a whole Thus, the memorandum of understanding between the THAC and TGJTA is another good vision to develop the alternative dispute resolution process. Both parties believe this is an important approach to resolve conflict smoothly and. allow all parties to find a simple and versatile solution as well as maintain good commercial relations.
