THAC International Mediation Competition 2023
On July 19th to 21st, 2023, at the BHIRAJ Tower. The Thailand Arbitration Center (THAC) have welcomed contestants from all over the world who come to Thailand to compete in the “THAC International Mediation Competition 2023” and we were honor to welcome many experts from various fields. that came as a judge in the competition Including acting as a compromise in the competition so that the children who participated in the competition could fully focus on the problems in each round.
The purpose of this competition is to motivate students to embrace mediation as a proficient approach to resolving disputes. It aims to foster a greater comprehension among students about mediation and the duties of a “mediator,” who may not necessarily be a lawyer or legal advisor.
The competition was intense for 3 days and finally the top honored teams with victories and cash prizes were as follows:
The Winning Team: Jindal Global Law School – will receive USD 1500,
The Runner-up Team – THAC RPCA – will receive USD 700.
Honorable Mention Teams – Bangkok Crab Club and National Law University Jodhpur – each will receive USD 300.
And every participant will receive a well-deserved E-certificate, acknowledging their valuable contribution.
