THAC is ready to raise the arbitration system to international standards
On Tuesday 11th November 2014, Mr Chanchaow Chaiyanukit, Deputy Permanent Secretary of Ministry of Justice, Dr Pasit Asawawattanaporn, THAC Managing Director, together with the Adjunct Professor Wisit Wisitsoratha, Inspectors-General of the Ministry of Justice presented the seminar titled “Obstacles and challenges of using arbitration with government contracts”. This seminar aims to exchange suggestions on the development of Thailand’s arbitration system to meet international standards.
