THAC joined with RSA to sign MOU in promoting Alternative Dispute Resolution

On 1 December 2020, Thai Arbitration Center (THAC) by Mr. Pasit Asawawattanaporn, Managing Director of THAC, has signed MOU with the Right-Livelihood Support Association (RSA), represented by Mr. Noppadhut Boonyakiat, President of Right-Livelihood Support Association, to promote and support the cooperation concerning Alternative Dispute Resolution, at Thailand Arbitration Center, 26^th Bhiraj Tower (EMQUATIER)

In signing MOU between THAC and RSA, the signatories are including Mr. Noppadhut Boonyakiat (President of RSA), Ms. Angkana Chatkaew (Vice President of RSA), Ms. Chayapha Parassapan (PR), and Mr. Nattachai Udomvittayarutne (Receptionist).

This MOU is intended to promote and support academic cooperation, such as choosing ADR as a dispute resolution, providing training, seminars, and academic conferences, to develop human resources with other educational activities. It also aims to exchange information, news, and knowledge related to Alternative Dispute Resolution and to publicize Alternative Dispute Resolution through the media channels of RSA. In this regard, THAC also gave discount coupons for RSA members to use the services at THAC.
