Ms. Lucksupa Prapawit, the President of the Thai Cosmetic Cluster Trade Association, together with Dr. Thanathat Sonteera and  Mr.Supat Laorawat, representatives from the Association, visited the Center and discussed cooperation in the practice of Alternative Dispute Resolution. This discussion ranges from the use of arbitration proceedings and inquiry for better knowledge and understanding for the benefit of the Association’s members since the Association has to contact with manufacturers, distributors, resellers, and including clients of the Association. There may be chances for a dispute, especially the dispute over the unqualified product, business contracts, and other disputes that can happen as small capital companies.

THAC has advised on the correct arbitration process, especially in Small Claim cases, as well as a suggestion on systems that could assist with the cases such as Online Dispute Resolution System service, meeting room reservation, training via online seminar and automatic chat response system via the website as to organize seminars for members of the Association.

The President and the Committee of the Thai Cosmetic Cluster Trade Association paid much attention. They requested THAC to organize a seminar to educate members of the Association for further understanding, which will be held on Thursday 17^th December 2020 at the THAC Arbitration Center at Bhiraj Tower, 26^th floor.
