THAC opens training courses The 11th “Conflict Management Program” with well response
Thailand Arbitration Center (THAC) launched the “Conflict Management Program” which is a training course on 25 -26 November 2021 the program provides knowledge and guidelines for managing conflict that arise and benefit for participants as well as organization. at Bhiraj Tower, 26th floor Bangkok Thailand.
The program on November 25, 2021 was honored by Mr. Chavalit Chitphakdi, special lecturer at Thammasat University. as the main speaker. The topics of knowledge on various matters which relate about Conflict Management whether the basic concept theory and practical skill too such as, Negotiation exercises to settle conflicts Including communication skills all these are important elements of conflict management as well.
In addition, November 26, 2021 which is the last day of the project. THAC has set up guidelines to educate about communication methods and mediation. Likewise, it was honored by Mr. Rawiwan Promcharoen, the mediator of THAC, in giving the lectures and conducting various training which consists of communication skills, Mediation skill too with the aim of learning on how to make an agreement as well as compromise, etc.
However, “Conflict Management Program” provide knowledge on creative approaches and effective for the participants who’s train the course for effective and seeing the benefits of creative conflict management as well as aiming benefits to learners in order to develop themselves to provide effective dispute resolution guidelines and understand the dynamics of various aspects of conflict, including forms, methods and techniques. in communication leading to an agreement that is full of cooperation between the parties involved in the conflict.
