Thailand Arbitration Center Distinguished Panel of Arbitrators
By virtue of Thailand Arbitration Center Act, B.E. 2550 (2007) stipulates the Thailand Arbitration Center to promote, develop and administer dispute resolution through arbitration. Refer to the resolution of the THAC Arbitrator Panel Committee Meeting No.5/2565, the Thailand Arbitration Center hereby issue the Distinguished Panel of
Arbitrators comprising of 2 persons as follows:
- Belden Premaraj
- Naresh Mahtani
The Distinguished Panel of Arbitrators shall be valid for a period of three years and valid until 31 December 2025, and upon expiration thereof, Thailand Arbitration Center shall reconsider the Distinguished panel as stated in this announcement
