Thailand Arbitration Center Seminar on drafting the Arbitration Agreements
On Tuesday 30 April 2019, the Thailand Arbitration Center (THAC) held a seminar on drafting the Arbitration Agreement. The opening speech was delivered by Dr Pasit Asawawattanaporn, THAC Managing Director, while the speaker panel was formed by Ms Prajya Ouitrakul, Attorney at Office of the Attorney General, Mr Yuthana Sivarak, legal advisor and partner lawyer, Baker & McKenzie Ltd., Adjunct Professor Chulasingh Vasantasingh, Councilor Office of the Council of State, Mr Chakatnit Junnaphat Legal Advisor, Law Office, PTT Public Company Limited.
