Thailand Arbitration Center (THAC) partnered with the Singapore Mediation Centre (SMC) and the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) to strengthen the international Arbitration Allianc
On 22nd-24th June 2014, Dr Pasit Asawawattanaporn, THAC Managing Director, and THAC staff visited the Singapore Mediation Center (SMC). The group was welcomed by Mr Loong Seng Onn, Executive Director, and Mrs Sabiha Shiraz Deputy Executive Director.
The two centers discussed Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) and opportunities to cooperate. Especially, the system for the selection of neutrals and training courses and seminar to form a new generation of high skilled neutrals.
The THAC staff also visited the Singapore International Arbitration Center (SIAC) and Maxwell Chambers, where they were welcomed by senior SIAC officers.
