Thailand Arbitration Center (THAC) signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Singapore Mediation Centre (SMC)
On 2nd September 2015, the Thailand Arbitration Center (THAC) and the Singapore Mediation Centre (SMC) signed an MoU. The signing ceremony was in the presence of Mr George Lim, SC, SMC Director, Ms Belinda Ang Saw Ean, SMC Chairperson, Mr Loong Seng Onn, SMC Executive Director.
By signing this MoU, THAC aims to take its standard in dispute resolution to a higher level.
