Hongkong International Arbitration Center is One of the top three most-preferred center in the world with International, multilingual, experienced Secretariat. Also, Thailand Arbitration Center is a center that provides alternative dispute resolution services, comprising of arbitration and mediation, for cross-border disputes.  

THAC and HKIAC have realized the importance of cooperation. Therefore, a cooperation aims to promote and support academic cooperation and alternative dispute resolution operations including seminars, academic conferences personnel development and various academic activities related to alternative dispute resolution. 

The second session of the event is Panel discussion under the topic “Managing Disputes in Asia from the Institutional Perspective” by distinguished speakers:
