According to the Public Procurement and Supplies Administration Act (2017), governmental agencies are required to prepare an annual procurement plan and publish it on the information network system of the Comptroller General’s Department and other governmental agencies.
As prescribed by the Comptroller General’s Department, the announcement has to be published and be accessible to the public on the notice board of the governmental agency.
The Thailand Arbitration Center (THAC) would like to announce its procurement plan for the Fiscal Year 2021. It can be found attached to this announcement.
