On Febuary 19th 2024, at the BHIRAJ Tower, the Thailand Arbitration Center (THAC) has welcomed The Chinese-Thai (Legal) Culture Research Center of Guangxi Minzu University to visit and discussion about the provisions for establishing the THAC, Online dispute resolution system, Selection and appointment of arbitrators, Carrying out processes both domestically and abroad, and ETC.
The visiting group lead by Ms. Li Qun – Associate professor of the Law School and the Director of the Chinese-Thai (Legal) Culture Research Center of Guangxi Minzu University, Mr.Yilin.Yang Deputy Director of the Chinese-Thai (Legal) Culture Research Center of Guangxi Minzu University, and Mr. Wang Guoping the Director of the A&T International Law Firms Co.,LTD.
