The Thailand Arbitration Center (THAC) and the International Court of Arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), one of the world’s leading arbitral institutions, collaborate the MOU to cater to the growing dispute resolution needs of businesses, commerce potential and trade roles across the Asia.
Under the terms of the MOU, the THAC and ICC Court will work together to develop and promote Thailand as a safe seat and venue for alternative dispute resolution (ADR) in Asia. This will be accomplished through the co-sponsorship and organizing of trainings and programmes, ultimately advancing thought leadership, developing talent, increasing ADR awareness within the region and undertaking joint marketing.
