The Thailand Arbitration Center Open House
On 3rd November 2015, Gen. Paiboon Khumchaya, Minister of Justice officiated the opening ceremony of the Thailand Arbitration Center (THAC).
On 4th-6th November 2015, there will be the THAC Open House. During these days different seminar will be presented by experienced speakers. The schedule as follow:
On 4th November 2015, a seminar on Managing Cross-Border Disputes for International Business presented by Mr Puangrat Asawapisit, Advisor to the Minister of Commerce.
On 5th November 2015, a seminar on Law vs. Industry Knowledge in Construction Arbitration presented by Dr Natthawut Uthaisen, Company Advisor, Italian-Thai Development.
On 6th November 2015, a seminar on Discreet Dispute Resolution Management in the Entertainment Industry presented by Mr Supee Pongpanit, Director of Advertising and Sales Department, Siam Commercial Bank Public Company Limited.
