The Thailand Arbitration Center “THAC” had the honour to welcome the LEGALINK.
On July 11th 2023, at the BHIRAJ Tower, the Thailand Arbitration Center (THAC) has welcomed the LEGALINK on the occasion of their visit to Thailand. LEGALINK is a non-exclusive, international legal Network of 68 independent business-oriented law firms with members from the majority of the world’s main commercial centres, comprising more than 3500 legal professionals.
THAC has presented the history, current status and future of arbitration in Thailand in this meeting, including Thailand Arbitration Act, the establishment of our center, the services we offer, as well as the challenges and way forward of arbitration in Thailand. Then there was a conversation about work cooperation both in Thailand and in other countries of more than 20 members who attended the event. At the end of the event, Participants were taken to visit the THAC by looking at the case room, training rooms and ETC.
