UNCITRAL representative and legal officer, Luca G. Castellani, visited THAC, Thailand’s first international dispute resolution centre
On 3rd November 2015, Luca G. Castellani, UNCITRAL legal officer and representative visited the Thailand Arbitration Center (THAC).
THAC and UNCITRAL are working together for organizing the first UNCITRAL symposium in Thailand. This event is expected to be scheduled in 2016. The purpose of the UNCITRAL symposium is to answer to the increasing demand for alternative dispute resolution services, including arbitration, mediation and online dispute resolution (ODR). National and international parties will benefit from the development of these ADR services.
