United States Commercial Law Development Program (CLDP) Explores Collaborative Opportunities with Thailand Arbitration Center (THAC)
On September 6th 2023, at the BHIRAJ Tower, the Thailand Arbitration Center (THAC) extended a warm welcome to distinguished guests Mr.Tony Andriotis Partner from DLA Piper Tokyo, Ms.Lindsey Scannell, a Senior Counsel from the Commercial Law Development Program (CLDP) and Teerin Charoenpot, Economic Specialist from US Embassy.
THAC has presented the history, current status and future of arbitration in Thailand in this meeting, including Thailand Arbitration Act, the establishment of our center, the services we offer, as well as the challenges and way forward of arbitration in Thailand.
